1. Hand wash or machine wash in cold water

2 Air dry.

Do not do the following:

- Do not soak for long periods in water.

- Do not use fabric softener

- Don't wring excess water.

Unfortunately, it may be the case that your favorite product has been sold out. If you want to be informed when the product is back in stock, please register via the 'Size sold out?' button on the product page. When the product is back in stock, you will be the first one to be notified. If you have any questions about whether and when the product will be back in stock, please ask our customer service department.

The discount code or Gift Card can be used at the payment page. Enter your code on the payment page and receive the discount on your order amount immediately. You can use one discount code or Gift Card per order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

You can pay with Ideal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amex, Bancontact and Klarna.

Your tracking information will be automatically sent to you once your order has been packed.

Please ensure you have checked your junk/spam folder.

If you have not received your tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order being placed, please contact our customer service team at support@foreverfitboutique.com.

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands. Orders to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to customs fees.

Customs fees are charged and evaluated by your local customs authority and are beyond the control of Forever Fit Boutique. Please check the customs and import regulations in your country before placing an order. We won’t take any responsibility for charged duty/import fees.

If your package is returned because you refuse to pay duty/import fees, you will be charged return shipping fees.

For the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.

SHIPPING

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 pm (GMT+1) will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Shipping estimates are provided by FedEx and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We use FedEx and DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that FedEx and DHL Express are capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if FedEx or DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

To track your order, please click the link in your dispatch email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders too. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Returns

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 30 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Send us an email at support@foreverfitboutique.com and tell us if you want to exchange or return your product (s). We will send you our return form.

2. Fill in and print out the return form and send it in your return package with the products you want to return or exchange. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 30 days after receiving your package. 

After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return within 2 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

No, return shipment costs will not be refunded by Forever Fit Boutique.

When you inform our customer service that you would like to exchange a product, we will immediately go to work. Normally your exchange will be completed within a couple of days.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five digit code. If you have not received this e-mail, please contact our customer service.

Make sure you check your SPAM folder first.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping. We are of course happy to solve this issue for you. Please send a message to support@foreverfitboutique.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours with a good solution.

Please remember to deliver your return within the 30-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer service for the possibilities.

We do our best to process returns as fast as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 2 working days.

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without any reason.    

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with labels still attached.

Forever Fit Boutique can't accept returns on items bought during a giveaway or sale. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or voucher.
